Fit at 50!

Ian Ziering displays his buff body  as he makes a welcome return to the  Chippendales

He has returned to his most risque role, performing with the famous striptease troupe Chippendales.
And at 50-years-old, Ian Ziering made quite the impression as he promoted his position at The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday.
The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star was a sight for sore eyes, showing off his bronzed and chiselled chest as he posed for pictures.

The Sharknado star appeared younger than his years as he stood in his bow-tied collar, white cuffs, belted slim black trousers and dress shoes.
Ian was spotted solo in a variety of stances, including one in which he proudly flexed his muscular biceps.
He also made sure to pose with the other Chippendales studs.

Ian Ziering’s Breaks Down the Beginning of His Diet

7:00 a.m. I would eat six egg whites within about an hour of getting up. (I’m usually up by 6:30 with the baby!) I’d eat a half cup of oatmeal cooked in water (one cup water, half a cup of dry oats). And then I would have three or four ounces of strawberries.
9:00 or 9:30 a.m. I would have a tablespoon of peanut butter and a small Fuji apple.
11:00 a.m. I would have 6 ounces of chicken breast and a cup of brown rice with three ounces of salsa mixed on top of that.
1:00 p.m. Often, I would repeat my 11:00 a.m. meal now. That’s a lot of food already for the day!
3:00 p.m. I would have a handful of almonds and maybe another piece of fruit now.
5:00 p.m. Now, I’d have around five ounces of another protein: turkey, chicken or fish, sometimes with three ounces of spinach. I cut salad dressing out, but if you want it, rather than pouring dressing over your salad, dip the tong of your fork into your dressing and then spear your salad.
7:00 p.m. There would be another meal, again, predominately of protein plus a vegetable. I like asparagus, so would often do three ounces of asparagus, which is great and also a diuretic.
Tip: Water intake is incredibly important because it’s essential to metabolize fat. Make sure to drink at least three liters of water a day.

On Facebook, Aaron asked: “What are his workout schedule and the baseline exercises?”

The second week of my diet is really where I started to ramp up my exercise. I worked out twice a day. From 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. I was doing CrossFit, an incredible all-body workout, and then I would go home and be with my wife and kids. At about 2:00 p.m., I would go to another gym and work on targeting muscle groups.
